How to reach us
Montaione is in an ideal place for those wishing to visit Tuscany. From there one can quickly reach Florence, Pisa and San Gimignano. The town of Montaione itself, with medieval traces and plan, is well worth a visit.
Noteworthy are the church of San Regolo, where inside there is the painting Madonna del Buon Consiglio - from 13th Century by a scholar of Cimabue, the Praetorian Palace, which houses the Museum of Natural History and, just outside the town, the chapel of Santissima Annunziata with its remarkable 17th Century fresco.

La Valle
- From Florence (A1 Highway)
Exit at "Firenze Signa", then enter S.G.C. FI-PI-LI (fast traffic direct road from Florence to Pisa and Livorno), exit at Ginestra Fiorentina - follow road signs to Montespertoli and Castelfiorentino. Then there are traffic signs showing the way to Montaione. From the centre of Montaione follow traffic signs to "San Miniato". La Valle is in this Road (via Sanminiatese), 1 Km far from the centre, on the right side. There is a traffic sign next to the entrance.
- From Rome - Siena (A1 Highway)
Exit at "Valdichiana - Sinalunga", then follow road signs to Siena. Reached Siena, enter interchange Siena - Firenze and exit at Poggibonsi, then follow signs to Certaldo - Castelfiorentino.Then there are traffic signs showing the way to Montaione. From the centre of Montaione follow traffic signs to "San Miniato". La Valle is in this Road (via Sanminiatese), 1 Km far from the centre, on the right side. There is a traffic sign next to the entrance.
- From Genoa - Pisa (A12 Highway)
Exit at Pisa Centro, then take S.G.C. FI-PI-LI (fast traffic direct road from Livorno and Pisa to Florence) and exit at Montopoli Valdarno. Follow first signs to Marti and then, after few crossings, traffic signs to Montaione are found. Immediately before the beginning of the town of Montaione, on the left side there is La Valle (there is a traffic sign next to the entrance).

Exit in Firenze - Signa, then enter S.G.C. FI-PI-LI (Strada di Grande Comunicazione, fast traffic direct road from Florence to Pisa and Livorno), exit at Ginestra Fiorentina - follow road signs to Montespertoli and Castelfiorentino. Then there are traffic signs showing the way to Montaione.
